Hi! I’m Kendall, and Cocca Cuisine is my way of sharing my love (obsession) for cooking with you! I grew up in Boerne, Texas, where, as the oldest of five kids, our family meals were the center of our house. My dad taught me everything I know in the kitchen and made me a “foodie” before that was even a term.

The name Cocca began as a cute mispronunciation by my youngest brother, who couldn’t quite say “Kendall.” He called me “Cocca,” and it stuck. I later learned that in Italian, cocca can also mean “darling” or “dear friend,” which made it even more perfect. That’s exactly what I aim to be—a friend in your kitchen, someone who makes healthy, balanced eating feel accessible and delicious.

Whether you’re juggling a busy household, trying to eat healthier, or just over the “what’s for dinner?” dilemma—I’m here to make cooking enjoyable, less stressful, and hopefully something you might even look forward to!
